As soon as you contact us, a dedicated staff member will be assigned to communicate with you, identifying the most suitable treatment and clinics for you. Note that the dedicated staff member you will be speaking with is a medical professional. Ultimately we will present you with a total of three clinics, and all you need to do is make a choice.

What exactly should I do on the day of cinic visit?
If you are utilizing a service above the Basic level, all the reservation procedures would have been already taken care of by our staff. Simply visit the clinc at the scheduled appointment time, and within a few minutes, you will receive the desired treatment. Additionally if there are any communication issues during your visit, your dedicated staff member will provide you real-time assistance via phone. If you are using our service above the Standard level, the staff member will accompany you to the clinic, providing all kinds of assistance you need on site. 
I am planning to get a surgery. Will there be any suitable service for me?
If you wish to undergo a surgery that requries general anesthesia without a guardian, we strongly recommend opting for our gold service, where your dedicated staff member will assume the role of a guardian, taking care of everything on your behalf till you are awake.
We proactively prevent potential excessive spending that may occur due to the customer being a foreigner.

If I use KLINIQ's service, do I need to make the payment for procedures and surgeries directly to KLINIQ?
Our company’s payment policy requires customers to make the payment for procedures and surgeries directly at the clinic by themself. It is to alleviate any unncessary concerns about us adding intermediary fees and inflating the cost of procedures and surgeries behind your back. We only charge the consultation fee as specified on our service price list.
We assist you until the end in the event of dissatisfaction following a procedure or surgery.

What is Post-treatment Care? Please provide a more detailed explanation.
This service provides mediation and legal assistance to patients who are experiencing dissatisfaction after treatment. One of the common difficulties experienced by foreign patients is the submission of post-procedural complaints. Being foreigners, many patients face challenges in effectively communicating their dissatisfaction or concerns to clinic due to language barriers. Some even go as far as giving up on expressing their opinions. We consider this disadvantage to be highly unfortunate, which prompted us to develop this service.
What specific process does this service follow to address and resolve issues?
Fistly, we take on the role of advocating for patients by lodging their complaints with the clinic on their behalf. And then, we proactively inquire about possible follow-up actions from the clinic. In most cases, this process leads to problem resolution. However, if a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, se deploy our legal team to consider legal measures. Note that our legal team is led by practicing attorney.
